Hanoi Fiesta Grand Hotel and Spa

Everything about this hotel and its staffs . Located in the central of Hoan Kiem province on the walking street, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes but their own breakfast is the best. Morden room, clean bathroom. The staffs their are all young and professional: Van Anh the receptionist is very kind and helpful whenever we need to book taxi. Chuc is a sweet girl who reminded us when to bring the umbrella or need to put the sunscreen on. Both of the doorboys are very friendly and the high school's boy who do his apprenticeship in the kitchen who fix my mum's phone. Just named a few. We will definitely be back in the future

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they really made our hotel feel like a home. The breakfast as well was fantastic and we looked forward to it every day!

We got free upgrade to the room with terrace balcony. Staff is very nice, greeting us everytime we passby the reception. Room is big and comfortable.

The service was great. The people really looked at what you wanted. They were really helpful with getting us a grab, booking our tours with us and so on. When we wanted to go to Sapa and we wanted to stay with them afterwards for a few more days, it was no problem. They even told us we could leave our luggage with them when we would go to Sapa for a night.

we stayed in several hotels in Hanoi coming and going but this was my favourite, it was the best location and very clean, felt very new. loved it. we had family connection room, was actually two seperate rooms but the hallway locks off so no one can come into your end of the hall, which was good we all had our own rooms but still safe and together.
